Shipping & Returns – The Grimm®

Thank you for shopping with The Grimm®. Below you’ll find information about shipping, delivery, and returns for both digital and physical products.


Digital Products

All digital music purchases are delivered electronically.

  • After completing your order, you will receive an email with your download link
  • For pre-orders, access will be provided on or after the release date
  • If you do not receive your download email, please check your spam folder or contact support@r3records.com

All digital product sales are final and non-refundable.


Physical Products (Vinyl, CD, Merch)

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise noted.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 5–10 business days
  • International: 10–21 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Pre-Orders

Items marked as pre-order will be shipped or fulfilled on or after the release date listed on the product page.

  • If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your order may be held until all items are available
  • Release dates are subject to change

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on eligible physical items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Include all components

Additional requirements:

  • Vinyl and CDs must be unopened and sealed
  • Apparel must be unworn and unwashed

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital downloads or digital media
  • Opened CDs or vinyl (unless defective)
  • Apparel showing signs of wear
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers or events
  • Items missing packaging, UPCs, or original components
  • Vinyl with natural manufacturing variations (color marbling, streaks, etc.)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can resolve the issue.


Items Not Received

If your order is not received, you must contact us within 30 days of the shipment date.


Return Process

To initiate a return, contact:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.


Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 10–15 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Shipping Delays & Responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been placed.
