Shipping Policy – The Grimm®
Digital Products
All digital purchases are delivered electronically. After purchase, you will receive an email with your download link, or access will be provided on the release date for pre-orders.
If you do not receive your email, please check your spam folder or contact support@r3records.com.
Physical Products (Vinyl, CD, Merch)
Orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
Estimated delivery times:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Pre-Orders
Pre-order items will ship or be fulfilled on or after the release date listed on the product page.
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be held until all items are available.
Release dates are subject to change.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events outside our control.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
