Refund policy

Refund Policy – The Grimm®

We accept returns on eligible physical items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Conditions
Returned items must:

  • Be in new, unused condition
  • Be securely packaged
  • Include all original components

Additional conditions:

  • Vinyl and CDs must be unopened and in original seal
  • Apparel must be unworn and unwashed

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Digital downloads or digital media
  • Opened CDs or vinyl (unless defective)
  • Apparel showing signs of wear
  • Items marked “Final Sale”
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers or live events
  • Items missing components, UPCs, or original packaging
  • Vinyl with natural manufacturing variations (color marbling, streaks, etc.)

Digital Products
All digital purchases are final and non-refundable.


Pre-Orders
Pre-order items are not eligible for cancellation once processed. Delivery timelines are based on release dates and may be subject to change.


Items Not Received
If your order is not received, you must contact us within 30 days of the shipment date to request a replacement or refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.


Refund Processing
Refunds will be issued within 10–15 business days after the return is received and inspected.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
